SCIENTIFIC SYMPOSIUM WITH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION
Until OCTOBER 23rd, 2024:
Submission of the title and abstract of the scientific work that will be presented at the symposium.
In the case of co-authored works, only one abstract of the scientific work is required.
Until JANUARY 15th 2025:
submission of the full text of the scientific paper in English, respecting the drafting requirements.
Format for printing the scientific paper: Word, font size 12, line spacing 1, Times New Roman font; page size: A4 format; page margins – top, bottom, right – 2 cm, left – 2.5 cm.
The work will be structured:
The name of the article (Bold, uppercase, centered).
The author(s) (First name SURNAME), bold, centered – scientific degree, scientific-didactic title, position, place of employment.
Abstract (in English, italics).
Keywords (5-8, italics).
The content of the article (Introduction, 2-3 sub-points, Conclusions).
Bibliographic references to the sources used will be presented in consecutive order, regardless of their language and type, being numbered, having all the components of the bibliographic description.
References inside the text will be made in square brackets, in the order of consecutiveness, regardless of the type of source, for example: [1]…… [2]…..etc.
No basement submissions allowed.
The volume for articles 6-10 pages, for theses 1-2 pages, the text having all diacritical marks and being grammatically correct in one of the working languages of the conference.
Data about the author/co-authors (First name, SURNAME, Scientific-didactic degree, position, place of employment, e-mail).
Articles or scientific works will be sent in electronic format to the email addresses according to the sections:
Following the evaluation of the scientific papers received, the Scientific Committee will be able to recommend the presentation of the papers in the Symposium; carrying out some changes to the work; reasoned refusal to register works.
Until OCTOBER 23rd – 30th, 2024: confirmation of papers, which will be presented during the Symposium.
